Give

Contributions to the Department of Health Promotion and Wellness support health education programs and services that address identified health needs and behavior risks of KSU students, such as body image, stress management, alcohol awareness, healthy relationships, sexual health, nutrition, cooking demonstrations, physical activity, and general wellness.

 

Events

Relaxation Station

The Relaxation Station is a newly renovated space where students can explore their creativity, de-stress, and engage in a variety of wellbeing activities including getting a free massage. Students use a variety of art and craft supplies to express themselves, play board games with friends, relax and unwind as their stress melts away by using a massage chair, and create healthy outlets to relax and manage stress. We strive to provide an environment where students can laugh and engage with each other.
